Our room was fabulous with nice extra touches. the service was exceptional, and we were totally satisfied. We appreciated the free wake-up calls. the location was quiet and absolutely wonderful, close to the port, Wentworth Falls, Glenbrook walking tracks, and the national park.

We booked suite with gorgeous antique chairs, Table tennis and a fireplace.

It was big, cosy and with a fireplace. A separate lounge and a patio were great. The location was perfectly comfortable in a residential area, just off Also close to Wentworth Falls, a nature reserve, and good restaurants in Springwood.

The units are fantastic and super comfortable, especially with the verandah. the price is $346. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again. 😊.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a 4-star hotel in a quiet and residential area. This place is located at the end of a culdesac, providing a peaceful and serene environment. The hotel offers luxurious and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The staff at this venue were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to hiking trails and a golf course. I also enjoyed the outdoor dining area, where I could have a delicious breakfast while enjoying the beautiful garden views.

The hotel's location outside the city, nestled among the lush greenery of the surrounding bushland, is breathtaking. the rooms, though compact, are cozy and comfortable, with a personal touch evident in every corner, and the bathroom is clean and well-kept. the breakfast spread is excellent, with freshly cooked items and local delicacies. the hosts are welcoming and knowledgeable- perfect for recommendations on things to do and places to see. the complimentary amenities like the open fireplace, bicycles, and champagne are thoughtful touches.

The flowers in the garden were really nice, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. The room was really big, and we had our own kitchen with a fridge full of supplies which was great. The nearby lounge room had a TV and a fireplace which we really enjoyed using.

The room felt really old and dated, it was like stepping back in time. The interior could use a refresh, and the furnishings felt dusty and unclean. The appliances, bedding, and towels were all really old and worn out. The location was quite far from other tourist spots which was disappointing. we wouldn't stay here again.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was such a lovely experience! the gardens were beautifully decorated with Christmas lights, and the breakfast options were amazing. Not to forget the complimentary bottle of wine and cheese platter, they were delicious. the location was also convenient, close to the town center and a short drive to some great bush walks. the best part of the stay was the cozy fireplace in the room, really set the mood for a relaxing holiday.

The room was not as clean as we expected. There were dust and cobwebs in the corners of the room, and the bathroom needed a good scrub.
